As we reflect on 2025, I’m proud of the incredible momentum we’ve built together. Last night’s Fall Developer’s Forum at Waynesboro Country Club was a perfect example of the energy and collaboration that define our Council. Thank you to everyone who contributed to making it such a success—check out the highlights on LinkedIn!

Looking ahead to 2026, we have ambitious plans to deepen engagement and deliver even more value to our members. Here’s what’s on the horizon:

• Monthly Meetings designed to keep conversations fresh and relevant.
• Member Focus Sessions spotlighting architects, CRE attorneys, property management firms, and other key industry players.
• Networking Opportunities through happy hours and informal gatherings.
• Educational Events that tackle emerging trends and best practices.
• University Partnerships to connect local CRE degree students with our network—helping them transition into the workforce while ensuring our industry benefits from their talent and ideas.

Together, we’ll continue to strengthen relationships, share knowledge, and shape the future of commercial real estate in our region. Thank you for being part of this journey—2026 is going to be an exciting year!
