Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work with tenants in various industries including Omega Flex, Inc., Delaware Valley Regional Center LLC, West Chester Cooperative, AR Workshop, Batteries Plus, AFC Urgent Care, Sherwin-Williams, Red Roof Inn, MD Hyperbaric, Hair Cuttery, Produce Junction, Teriyaki Madness, Santucci’s Pizza, Midas, Curry Pizza House, Hammelmann Corporation, Cricket Wireless, Good Girls Bakery, and Cha Time.
On the landlord side, I’ve successfully partnered with prominent owners and developers such as Berger Communities, TAG Builders, J.G. Petrucci Company, Inc., Maguire Hayden Real Estate Company, Lyons Capital, Edgewater Group, Wright Partners, MACK Real Estate Group, IMC Construction, Haverford Square Properties, and Westrum Development Company.
