The Chester County Industrial Investment Council (CII Council) held its Annual Developer’s Forum at Waynesborough Country Club, Paoli, PA on November 6.

Each year, we look forward to updates from local, regional & national developers that work in the Chester County Commercial Real Estate Market to hear the latest trends, upcoming projects, and to better understand the development process.

Each speaker presented new projects from the recently completed to those under construction, and provided insight into future opportunities in their respective plans. Our organization is grateful to each speaker for their expertise in challenges faced while working to complete these commercial projects in our market. This year the highlighted projects included the former Wyeth Site in West Chester, the Bellaire Business Park in Coatesville, the former Happy Days farm I76 industrial center in Lionville.
