Michael Hahn is a First Vice President with 44 Business Capital, a division of Berkshire Bank, located in Blue Bell, PA. For the past 20 years he has specialized in SBA and commercial real estate lending and financing small & middle market companies throughout the Mid-Atlantic. A long time CII member and sponsor, he also sits on the Boards of DCDC (Delaware Community Development Corp) and CIRC (Commercial-Industrial Realty Council). A Chester County resident & devout Penn State Alum he currently resides in Landenberg, PA with his wife and 2 children.
