Attendees of this year’s CII Council Annual Meeting and Awards Luncheon heard from this year’s keynote speaker, Ward Fitzgerald, Chief Executive Officer and Senior Managing Principal of EQT Exeter. The CII Council annually invites a distinguished speaker to share insights related to commercial and industrial real estate with its members. The CII Council Board of Directors is grateful that Mr. Fitzgerald provided our group with some insight and lively stories about the commercial real estate world!

The CII Council also awarded members that completed some of the largest CRE deals in Chester County, PA. Congratulations to all the winners:

Members of the CII Council Board of Directors thanked Phil Earley of Lieberman & Earley for his four years as President and welcomed Theo Notaras of Bennett Williams as the incoming President and Stacy Martin of the Hankin Group as Vice President today at the 2023 Annual Meeting and Awards Luncheon. In addition, two new board members: Sharlee Van Tine of TONO Group and Bill DeFalco of WSFS Bank were appointed today. And lastly, thank you to JoAnne Cuddahy who we honored for her dedicated years of service to the organization.

Thanks to all who joined us at our March Educational Breakfast Meeting with presenter Mark Purcell. Mark shared thoughts and insights into Amazon’s last mile delivery logistics and an owner’s perspective relating to maximizing efficiency, planning for the future and the importance of site selection. Thank you to Mark for such an informative presentation and for taking so many questions from our attendees!
