Catherine Bianco is the Managing Director at Tactix Real Estate Advisors. Prior to Taxtix, Ms. Bianco was the Director of Leasing for the Malvern portfolio for Workspace Property Trust where she created and executed on the strategic leasing plans for over 2 million square feet of office and flex properties located in Malvern, Wayne, and Exton, while managing client relationships and retention for over 130 tenants ranging from 1,500 square feet to over 225,000 square feet. Ms. Bianco joined Workspace in October of 2016 when the company purchased several suburban office and flex portfolios across the country from Liberty Property Trust. Prior to joining Workspace, Ms. Bianco had worked in Liberty Property Trust’s Southeastern Pennsylvania West portfolio for 10 years, most recently as Director of Leasing. Ms. Bianco has given a handful of commercial real estate presentations to the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, Villanova University, Saint Joseph’s University, and Harcum College. Ms. Bianco holds an MBA from Drexel University, LeBow College of Business and a Bachelor of Music in Music Education from West Chester University.
In addition to CII Council, Ms. Bianco also sits on the boards of Petra Community Housing (President), the Transportation Management Association of Chester County (TMACC), and the Phoenixville Borough Planning Commission (Vice Chair).
