Mitch joined the Tactix team in 2020, bringing a wealth of experience gained from his fifteen years at the largest commercial real estate brokerage company in the world. During that tenure, he managed or co-managed more than three million square feet of transactions in suburban Philadelphia and had the privilege of representing a large and diverse group of clients which included Penske, PrimePay, IMC Construction, Ballymore, Maaco Franchising, Almac Clinical Services, Larsen MacColl Partners and Wells Fargo Advisors.
Mitch prides himself on bringing a well-thought-out, detailed focus to every transaction and sees himself as a holistic real estate adviser rather than simply a space-finder or matchmaker. He enjoys being fully immersed in his client’s real estate needs from the initial strategy all the way through the post- move-in punch list. Making the move to Tactix was a calculated career move for Mitch. After careful deliberation he concluded that it was the best decision for him, not only personally, but also to enable him to serve the best interests of his clients. At his former company, he became proficient in leasing speculative development projects, working with and understanding the backgrounds of landlords, executing sale leasebacks and advising tenants on their lease obligations. In recent years, Mitch’s practice evolved to primarily focus on helping tenants make informed decisions about their real estate strategies.
Mitch grew up in the world of building construction projects alongside his developer father who taught him the value of hard work, the importance of one’s reputation, and the necessity of a strong foundation of knowledge. Aside from his real estate focus, Mitch enjoys the competition of tennis as well as endurance sports car racing. He lives in Chester County, PA, with his wife and two children.
